| Creamy Shrimp Cocktail | |
| Ingredients: | |
| Two 8 ounce packages light cream cheese | One 8 ounce carton low fat sour cream |
| 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce | 1 clove garlic, pressed |
| 3/4 cups cocktail sauce | 1 pound peeled shrimp, boiled and diced |
| 1/2 pound skim mozzarella cheese, shredded | 6 green onions, chopped fine |
| 1 small green pepper, chopped fine | 1 tomato, peeled and chopped fine |
| Instructions: |
| Mix first 4 ingredients and place in serving dish. Add cocktail sauce and shrimp. Cover with shredded cheese. For top layer, add tomato, green onions and green peppers. Serve with crackers. Great color for the Christmas holidays! |
