Wild American White Shrimp are caught off the coastal inland waters of Louisiana.  They can be bought in any quantity. White shrimp are available from May through December of each year.  They are either available in the peeled, peeled deveined, peeled deveined with tail on, or shell on green headless form.
     Wild American Brown Shrimp that are caught off the coastal inland waters of Louisiana are available from May through December. Brown shrimp are a migratory shrimp, which leave the state and migrate to the Gulf of Mexico.  They are either available in the peeled, peeled deveined, peeled deveined with tail on, or shell on green headless form.  Shipments are available year round.

           

Headless Shrimp and Peeled Undeveined Shrimp:

 

Our headless and peeled shrimp are block frozen and packed in 5 pound boxes in any one of our four    brands. These are shrimp from the coastal waters of South Louisiana and are carefully packaged in Chauvin, Louisiana to preserve their freshness.  These can be defrosted quickly because of the packaging methods used. Our waxed coated containers keep the shrimp fresh and free from freezer burn. These shrimp are great for boiling or grilling. The counts per pound are as follows: 10/15, 16/20, 21/25, 26/30, 31/35, 36/42, 43/50, 51/60, 61/70, 71/80, 71/90, 81/100, 91/110, 110/130, 130/150, 150/200, 200/300, and 300/ups.

 

Note: These shrimp can also be ordered headless, peeled undeveined, and peeled deveined in I.Q.F. 1,2,3, or 5 lb. poly. bags.

Breaded Fantail Shrimp:

These shrimp are individually frozen in a wax coated container.  They come in 3 pound boxes. You can take as many as you like and place them in oil preheated to 350 degrees.  Cook for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.  Then remove them and place on a paper towel and serve them with your favorite sauce. The counts per pound are as follows: 21/25 and 26/30 and popcorn.

I.Q.F Shrimp (Individually Quick Frozen):

Our I.Q.F. shrimp are packed in a retail ready bag.  They are very convenient because you only take out what you need.  These shrimp are packed in a 1, 2, 3 or 5 pound bag.  We can I.Q.F any size shrimp we produce, whether it is headless, peeled deveined, or peeled deveined tail on.

               Peeled Shrimp Block:

These shrimp come in 1 pound blocks frozen in water.  They are perfect for cooking a Gumbo or soup.  Throw the entire contents of this bag in your dish and cook.  No defrosting necessary.  These shrimp are super clean and so is the water they are packaged in.  The sizes are as follows: Jumbo, Large, Medium, and Small.

        Cooked Tail Off Shrimp:

Our cooked peeled and deveined tail-off shrimp come in a 1 pound vacuum sealed can.  Jumbo, Large, and Medium are great for cocktail shrimp and the small are great for shrimp dips and pizzas.  These shrimp are kept frozen until you are ready to eat.  All you do is take the can out of the freezer and place in your refrigerator for 24 hours, then open the can and enjoy! The sizes are as follows: Jumbo(41/50), Large(61/70), Medium(100/120), and Small(150/200).
